ok this is the thing that bothers me the most... when people complain about how fat they are and how humongus they are..then they do nothing about it! They jsut like to tell people so people can feel sorry for them i guess, i dont know but it is making go insane. That is all I hear about from the heavy people in my school. I dont say that I am fat, I just tell myself that i need to lose some weight. Does anyone agree with me? gosh it seriously annoys me SOOO bad!! o yeah..and when people who are kinda heavy, but are my same size, go..I AM SO FAT! honestly, isnt that kinda like saying that i am fat too, since we are like the same size?!?!GOSH!.lol

Stupid, evil, jillily under arms!! AHH, I know it sound kinda gross, but its just so COMPLETELY useless fat, i wish i could just cut it off! So much easier... but since i cant do that, ive started sdoing stupid exercses with a stupid water bottle, 50times a stupid night. argh, anyway, im hoping that if i keep doing that for the next 5 weeks, my upper/under arms will be sleevless-shirt-ready for my trip to paris! oh boy i hope so! ill keep you posted!

Okay so lets talk about diet pills.. you people who say they r bad and they let u take the easy way out.. NO NO NO NO NO!!u act like they make u skinny in a day....the kinds you get from ur doctor if u do get any r the kind you should get because no, they do not burn ur fat while u sit n pig out on potato chips n watch ur favorite show.. but they let you know when ur hungry.. and not just "craving" it takes away teh cravings and will make ur appitite a little smaller.. but yes ur still going to have to exercise and drink water..i dont think my doctor(s) would put me on a medication if they were harmful:S:S..doubt they'd do it to you either...OF COURSE! they arent going to help if u sit on ur butt all day and dont move.. they arent miracles.. they just help you.. SOME DO.. and ask your doctor about those.. cuz i only know 2 that work for me.. but yes i still have to exercise and eat right...so far i know merida is GREAT AND phentramine or something

I have found a really cool site, called hungry-girl.com. It has a daily newsletter that you receive Mon thru Fri, with all sorts of diet tips and tricks, low cal\fat food finds, etc. I've subscribed to it a few weeks ago and it's awesome! Go to the website, hungry-girl.com, and check out the archive to see what the newsletters are like. :-) By the way, it doesn't HAVE to be just for girls, guys can use the information too!

I have a problem. I can go during the week eating healthy and exercising, but I spend the weekends with my aunt and babysit and I can help but over eat at her house. She has so much good food(well not good food..it's just tasty food). Anyone have any tips on how and can avoid not over eating here without it being an inconviance to my aunt.

omg yesterday i did soo bad! i went out wit my friends at about 11am to the city park and we didnt stop walking around it till bout 1pm, then we went to madondals and i had a happy meal with chicken nuggets fries and orange juice ( i had'nt had any brekkie either) then we walked for bout another 2 hours then i had a mint cornetto, bout 1 hour after that we went to the shop and brought 3 pouches of capri sun (orange) a cadburys freddo bar and then some kp peanunts. then we didnt stop walking at all for about another 2 and a half hours then we went to mcdonalds AGAIN and i had a plain big mac with medium fries and medium coke!!! i feel sooo fat today i didnt do any exercsing like i normally do because i was walking for like 8 hours and only probly stopping like 4 times during the whole day. Plus we were also doing some running around the play area! Whats your opinions on this? thanx p.s i no i should have eaten breakfast but i was late getting up, i no i should have drank water, and i no i should of had 5 portions of fruit and veg and eat more regulary!!!

Hey guys!!! Umm I read somewhere that losing too much weight too quickly may cause you to be overweight when you are an adult.
