Hi, sorry if i change the subject but i thought you peps might beable to help me... My cousins invited me to go to Florda with them. I really want to go, but its the week before our play, and school is almost over. I really want to be with my friends as long as i can(its my last year at this school). But i really want to go to Florda because my family dosent always get to go on nice vacations like that. Should I go to Florda or stay home?

its raining and thundering out now, and i dont want to go upstairs and run. i dont like being up stairs alone on the treadmill during a storm, cuz like im scared the power will go out. is it ok if today i just do crunches and butt firmers? and like skip the running? wonderful way to restart a diet... sheesh im such a scaredy cat

hey every one
i have lost a total of three pounds since last week YAY and im almost at the same measurements i was last year what i need is some ideas for different kinds of excersizes like crunches and squats because my muscles are pretty much use to those so i need to find something that is challenging for them, and different so im targeting the same muscles but in a different way do you guys have any ideas ..... if you do please share and give a description on how to do them because ive just been looking for some on the internet and i havent really found any that make sense...

Hey guys...I know the trick to get rid of a stomach ..situps and stuff but what about my love handles? I want them goneee, they are huge and one of the main factors that make my waist so huge.
So pleasee tell me how to get rid of my love handles.

- Lately my sinuses have been acting up a lot lately and sumtimes i feel so bad i cant excercise i still eat good i just cant excercise that much. Today i walked to the store with my friend (dont worry i didnt buy any sweets) and that took about 15 minutes, i also did some sit ups. Do u think that was a bad workout? I tried, even though i was sick. I still drunk my 8 glasses of water and ate fruits and veggies.

Alrighty, i have had excema for my whole life and i have had this cream that calms it down and basiclly gets rid of it, but i have all theses scars on my arms and some on my legs does anyone know wut i can do to get rid of them??

Hey I really want to feel better about the way I look and gain more self confidence. I am 5'3 and I weight about 160. I really want to loose at least 20 pounds by the end of June. Over the whole Summer I want to loose about 35. Think it's possible?

Hi everybody!!! I just want to see how i did today. ok... breakfast:3 servings of fruit:200 cals Lunch: ham sandwich, juice box, grapes: 360 cals Snack: gripz(its tiny weenie cookie bites, its not that bad):120 cals Dinner:pork, veggies, another side dish:600 in all, that equals to 1280 cal. I am going to ride my bike after and then do my denise austin kickboxing wrkout. is that good?? thankz ~jenn

you guys shouldn't worry much about what you eat!! calorie counting and watching what you eat is no fun. eat what you want, just over-exersize all the time.

im 5ft or 5'1 i weighed myself yesterday and it said 162 but that means i would of lost 5 lbs and i dont think so. im going to start doing crunches every morning and every night b4 i go to bed. im going to start rideing my bike more and running more im going to jump on my trampoline does that helP by jumping on there cause i jump bout 30 mins to an hour a day. imma try to eat healthier foods. and make sure i get alot of exercise well good luck everybody and wish me luck. - montana

oh yes,i forgot! if you feel the need to binge on something,get redenbacher smart pop kettle corn(240 calories for a WHOLE BAG)or redenbacher butter lite(220 calories for a whole bag).you can eat a lot of it and not go over you calories,and it really hits the spot if you like popcorn.its also filling & gets rid of munchies!

I am 5'2 and I weight 153. I try to walk on my treadmill for 30min to an hour a day. I drink alot of water and try to eat healthy but I do not lose anything. I was at 140 and the past 3 months i gained alot of weight. I would really like to be down to 120 in about 3 months. If anyone can help me pls reply.
