Hey guys, I posted a message earlier about how you can speed up your metabolism fastly. Well everyone should start this and give it a try for a week. Well a good day to start is Sunday. On Sunday, endulge yourself. thats right...eat a lot of calories. One could say its bindging but your only doing it once and this is to get your metabolism quickly fired. THEN the next day, go on a 1,200 calorie diet on Mon, Tues. Wed, eat 1,400 cals. Thurs and Fri, eat 1,200 again. Sat you eat 1,400 and Sunday you weigh yourself again. I already started this on Monday and here it is Thursday and I'm down 3 lbs. But you cant rely just on your diet. I put forth 1 hr a day of exercising. 30 o those 60 minutes were lifting. You must lift. Its very important to bost metabolism. I also drank tons of COLD COLD COLD water. Give it a try and see how you do. This is also a good "diet" because after your bindge day, you won't want to do it for the rest of the week. TRUST ME! So pig on Sunday because you'll loose more by next Sun.

Ok I do 50 situps everyday...but my stomach is still...THERE. I hate it, I hate this big mountain that I have. It's in the way, I want to get rid of it. No matter how much I do, it won't budge. I still remember when one day this boy asked me if I was pregnant. I cried a lot and I still do sometimes, please...tell me how I can make this stomach disppear. Sometimes I just feel fat and helpless...that what I'm doing isn't enough, when will I SEE results? I know I lost 11 lbs on this diet...but when will I actually SEE myself looking different? I'm desperate.

hi im 13 and overweight. i weigh 155lbs and i feel really bad aout myself. people at school call me fat and bully me everyday at school. im on a grapefruit diet and im losing weight but its not showing. in 116 days im going on holiday and im gonna look fat in a bikini. i do 100 crunchies a day and jog for 30mins on my mumas running machine and i walk to and back school everyday i need help someone please help me

today was pretty good. It was beautifully sunny out and I got to miss 1/2 of school to visit this cultural arts center where they offer hardcore dance training instead of a half day of school. I'm going there next year and I had to set up my audition today : ) I'm soOo excited. The place is amazzzing and I cannot wait to dance instead of doing math!!! : D Plus I don't have to take gym : P AnywaysSs heres my day: b--cheerios 110 l--turky wrap, 100 cal pack 300 s--100 cal pack 100 d--turkey & cheese quesidilla, pretzels and popcorn 600 d--ff frozen yogurt 200 total--1300 ran 2 miles in track hour Jazz class < 3

to speed up your metabolism there are like two different ways but if you do them both thats great too.. you can excersize which speeds it up *you should be excersizing any way!!* and if you eat ever 1 and a half -2 hours that does it but only eat small things each time you eat like if you had a meal break it down by if you have a bowl of cereal have half now and then an hour and a half later have the other half... the only problem with eating so often is telling yourself to stop eating...because if you eat huge meals every hour or so your gonna gain weight.. well i hope this helps..

hey you guys i have decided from you guys reply to my last post im gonna get back on track with my diet tomorrow because im not eating anything else today, its like 7:30 right now but im gonna excersize tonight also i forgot to say i lost a few inches too but im in between pant sizes right now which drives me nuts does it drive any of you guys nuts too because its like one size is really lose and the next size down is too tight grr anyways thanks for your replies ill try the best i can to reply to all of yalls posts!!!

this might be a record??:) i am posting a third message in a row, but anyway, i am wondering. i eat like 7 or so servings of fruits daily, but i only eat 1 or 2 servings of vegetables. is this okay or should i even the servings out to about 3 or 4 serving of each??

I've been finally following my diet well and its coming near the end. FINALLY...But I eat about 1,500 calories a day and I weigh myself every night and loose about a pound a night. Today, I already consumed 1,800 calories and I'll weigh another lb less. I learned how to fully speed your metabolism and I'll let any of u guys know how if your interested. Post.

i'm wondering something. everywhere on this site i see people commenting on the excercise that they have done that day. in a week how much cardio, weight training, and flexibility training should i be doing. i am 5"3 and i weigh 170 lbs. thanks (if you know of any cardio that i could possibly do in my home without a machine, like on rainy days and such.) thanks again
