- These past 2 days i havent been doing really good on my diet, and i`m not sure but i think i gained a pound. If i did wouldnt be surprised. I know i shouldnt feel this way..but im starting to feel real discouraged, when i gain one pound, just one, i get so scared that i`m going to gain another pound plus ten. In the back of mind I know once i get back on track with my diet everything will be ok..but another part of me is saying, you're gonna mess up your whole diet and gain so much. Please, if anyone knows any tips on relaxing when you mess up on your diet .. can u please tell me . = ( thanks.

I just swam 35 seconds for the 50 yard swim yesterday at my lifeguard course!! YeSs this means I'll be able to be a beach lifeguard this summer! This is my dreaaam! lol I'm so excited! i'm sill going to train hard and hopefully swim a lot faster so I defnitely will be under the required time (35 sec.)!! yesterday i ate pretty well but i think i posted it already, who knows? lol this board is helping me sooo much. I just tell myself that before I go to eat anything big or unhealthy I HAVE to at least either post or write in a journal...www.livejournal.com/users/fatjournal....and then if I still want to I can go eat it. By that time I have lost the urge and after seeing all you guys with your hard work, I never pig out : D Its awesome. <3<3<3

this is what i ate yesterday, how do you guys think i did? breakfast; a bowl of mango and half a muffin, lunch; a can of tunafish snack; other half of the muffin from breakfast, melba toast dinner; 2 pieces of chicken, a plate a salad and fruit. I also did 125 crunches and three minutes of flutter kicks. thanks

sorry to put another post but i am worried about marylin, she went on a trip to new york for her class and it was only suppost to be for like 1 week and 1/2 and she still isnt home and it has been like 2 and 1/2 weeks! she has never called! I am sorry, but my life is like completely scrwed up rite now!

Ok, I know the whole "I wanna lose the weigth for the summer" thing never works, cuz first off it most often doesnt happen, and when it does, its done too fast to be perminate. So, Im not gonna say that i NEED to lose 15kg by July. But I WOULD like to have good arms by then. Is it possible to tone up flubbery underarms in like 3 months? Can ppl who were able to accomplish that please post here with what you did and what your results were? CUz right now Im working with a water bottle doing two diff exercises a day, the behind the head thing, and the one where you bend over at the waist and lift the weight backwards to straighten your arm. I do those both 50x a day on each arm, but only for a few days so far, and i want to know if it will pay off!

I really want to lose those last 10 lbs.. but nothign is working.. i eat 1200 cals / day adn excersize 45 minutes at the gym with combined cardio/ weight lifting 4-5 times a week. Any more and i will feel weak i think! i just dnt know waht to do!! help! i'd like to lose soon and it feels like weight is creeping back on!!

Hey everyone, I am so happy I lost 7 lbs this week!!!!!!!!! I am so happy, I think I am going to dance!!! lol my mom says that I look thinner already! but i dont know what to do, my grandma is over @ my house and she says that i have to quit my diet because I pasted out and went to the hospital! i really want to keeep on going well g2g bye but really what should I do??? i really dont want to pass out again!

Camp La Jolla is a fitness camp....(weight loss)but it's not just a weight loss camp when you're there you work on more than just losing weight. You should check out their website. I might be going...I'm not sure yet....I really really want to. It's the only one located at the beach...but that's not the only reason I want to go...actually I haven't really thought about location all that much.....till now! :)

hey, im nearly 16 (in 10 days) and im about 5 foot 5 inches tall, i weigh 189 lb (13.6 stone)i know this is overweight, the thing is i dont eat alot n what i do eat is not neserceraly (sorry bout spelling) junk and unhealthy, i go out alot, i go to work at night and i walk my dog, but for some reason my weight jus doesnt seem to budge! does any1 else have this problem? (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
