Hello. I really need help!!! I am 5-7 i beilive maybe 5-8 and i am going to Florida with a frined and to disney worde from the 29 of june. I know we will be wearing bathinig suits pat of the time. I weigh about 196 right now. I want to get down to about maybe 145-155 by then. PLEASE HELP! I eventually want to maintain about a weight of 130-135. Tell me if this is insane... Or i need tips. Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I want to start exercising but i am to embarrased to run or walk outside. I walk but only to work and sometimes back. But I don't really worry about the exercise just eating. When I am not working I eat and eat and when I get home from work I just eat. I am so sick of it because I don't want to get a heart disease or diabetes. But I think I am ready to get started on losing weight. My weight is stoping me from doing everything. All I do is think about what people think and it is horrible. I always wear sweatshirts to cover it up because of the way I look and I can't even express myself because I am embarrased to wear the clothes I actually like to wear. But anyways I hope I can get a little help from this site if you guys have any comments at all please write to me. Thanks So much and I wish you all the best of luck!!

Here's what I had to eat today! Breakfast: a poptart and a banana= 300 cals.; Lunch: a pizza sauce stuffed pretzel and veggies w/dip= 400 cals.; Dinner: 3 chicken nuggets, a couple fries, corn, and a peice of sugar toast= about 450 cals. TOTAL: about 1,150 calories. How did I do today? PLEASE REPLY AND LET ME KNOW! ^_^

I lost 2.8 pounds this week! Actually 3, but the person who weighed me looked away b4 she saw that the scale went down another .2 pounds! But, thats still good! I hope everyone else did good too.

Guess what, I lost 5 pounds since last Monday! I'm so happy. I know it's not alot, but it's a start and enough to motivate you to keep going! Right now, I'm 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have 20 more pounds to go until I reach my goal weight. I'm *hoping* to lose it by the summer but it's not really enough time, so I might lose 10-15. What are everyone's stats and goals?

today was ok. I ran kind of bad in my track meet, but it was extremely windy so that may have been why. b--cheerios cals 200, l--sandwhich, apple, pretzels cals 400, s--animal crackers and pretzels cals 500, d--baked lays, fruit juice and 100 cal pack cals 300 total: 1400 <3....ugh i feel so bleh about everything right now :/ cheer me uppp

Hey guys. Well I told yall of loosing about 10 lbs before April 29th. I'd like to loose between 6-10 lbs. I think I have a fast metabolism because I can loose weight easily. I'm and trying to tackle my binge eating problem. Its not a big one but thats why I never loose weight. Because I binge. So I'm going to be super healthy and exercise for these 15ish days and see how I do. I Started monday through Friday eating 1,400 calories and exercising atleast an hour a day and I lost 4 lbs. I thought binging as a cycle. I binge and tell myself, "I'll do better tomorow blah blah." So now I thought if I break my cycle I can do it! And its true. So if any of you have that problem, just think of that. Good luck yall. The weather is getting so nice so go outside!
