Kids, if you're interested in losing that extra fat on your bellies, try doing a few crunches every night before bed. I do it every night, and it keeps the fat off there. To easily work your side abs, lay on your side, then lift your hip up and balance yourself on your elbow and edge of foot for as long as you can (20-30 seconds). Its kind of hard but if you do it every night it will grow easier:) good luck!

I recently lost 15 lbs but i still have alot of extra fat on my stomach and thighs which i can't seem to lose. I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercizes (other than crunches bcuz those aren't really working) that would help me. thanks!

Sorry to all the guys in this place... but to anyof you gurls in here. . .is anyone on birthcontroll? and those of you how are, did you by ne chance notice any weight gain/ lose? passover is on the eve of the 23rd this April, and its a really important jewish holiday. my family always has this huge celebration with friends and family and we spend over two days cooking for it. all the food is REALLY bad for you... except for maybe hard boiled eggs and matzo ball soup. should i just keep to those foods?

Hey guys,
I lost 5 pounds i am so happy lol. The only place i really have extra fat that i dont want is on my stomach. Do u think cruches are the best to do to lose this? I am in track to so i run everyday, thats most of my excerise but it isnt doing anything to my stomach should i include crunces into my excerise? One more thing do u think i can lose 25 pounds by like....July? thanks guys

HERE'S WHAT I ATE TODAY!!!!!!!*****
*Breakfast*- light yoghurt (100 cals), and a plum (50 cals)
*Lunch*- Ramen Noodles (190 cals), and 9 quaker rice cakes (70 cals)
*Snack*- string cheese (80 cals)
*Dinner*- ceasar salad (100 cals), carrot (5 cals), milk (100 cals), and mandarin oranges (80 cals)
*Dessert*- shoestring potatoes (140 cals), and a tic tac (2 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES: 917

Does anyone have any good tips to get off a plateu? I've been on it for like 3 weeks. I've been trying so hard, I can't seem to loose anymore. do you think I should increase or decrease my calorie intake? Thanks so much!

hey every one
ive had a slight set back this week i gained a pound because i HAD been slacking on my eating and excersize but im getting back on track so my goal for when summer starts is to be at 129 right now im at 135 but i know with all the set backs ive had i need to make room for mistakes but i cant give opportunity for them.. and its gonna take a while to get off that plateau of 130 do you guys have any eating tips for eating when your not hungry?? because im not really hungry most of the time but ill walk in the kitchen and get something to eat because i guess it use to be a routine.. how do i get out of that routine and into a new one???? my long term goal is to be 115 by august six *my 16 birthday* and ill be getting my licesense soon after so id love some advice

well im back on ma diet now!! lol does this sound ok:- 3 slices of smoked bacon, with tomatoes (157cals) glass of water (0) 2 slices of wholemeal bread with tuna mayo in it (288) packet of low fat crips (92) orange juice (82) peas,carrots, green beans, brussels (130) 1 medium potato (109) 2 chicken breasts (roasted) (412) cadbury animal biscuits (118) glass of water (0) that = to me 1388 so i think i did ok i have also burnt 500 cals off on my ski machine and done 50 sit ups and weight lifted also
