Hey for anyone who uses a stationary bike,whats a good amount to do it for? I did it for 10 minutes today, and am going to add two minutes every other day untill I reach 30 minutes....Doe sthat sound ok? Man cycling is hard!

hey you guys i am SOO MAD right now first reason i got on the scale this morning and i knew i havent done very well so i was expecting some gain..good news i only gained a pound...i thought it was gonna be more but it was very depressing.. in the morning i had my smoothie like i planned and i put protein powder mix (vanilla flavored) and that filled me up but about three hours later i ate something even though i was not hungry i did just to eat i wasnt sad i wasnt bored i just wanted to eat and i ate like a whole bunch of calories just by doing that and i dont know why do you guys have any idea what that is and how to prevent it??????? to burn off some calories i have ran two times today and i think i ran about three miles both times im not sure but im doing it again tomorrow and tonight im doing ab work but id really appreciate it if you answered my question..

- Do you pay more attention to the calories or grams of fat on the nutrition label? Oh yeah, say you had 1000 calories but that all equaled to lets say 60 grams of fat, could u still gain weight?

do you think that eating like 1200 one day and then 15000-1600 the next and then back to 1200 will spike your metabolism? will eating the same foods each day even if itss still only 1200 calories stunt weight loss?

Hey! Just to tell you what I did, sooo happy even though its been like 4 days or so that i celebrated...lol! Well this time I joined 2 sports at school. 1. Tennis 2. Swimming Team They both helped me alot and does with alot of excersising plus my teacher Ms. Bagin gave me some good tips like "Don't over due your diet, or else during sports you will faint." So I ate for lunch yogurt, a turkey sandwich, some water, and veggie soup. All healthy and very tasty...yum! So if you are looking for some awsome fun sport teams, try tennis and swimming! It helped me alot :)! Hope it works for you too...

i am very overweight..so i decided to sign up for the track team...it may have sounded like a bad idea at the time but i am really glad i did it...if u try to run by yourself and u dont feel like runnin most of the time u just wont run..but my coaches really pushed me to run and not give up..and it worked..i lost 25 pounds bcuz i ate healthy and i ran everyday..even tho a sports team sounds bad try it..the pay off is great!

Today I ate: a pancake, a banana, a light yogurt, some cheddar triscits, a string cheese, cheese and crackers, a little 7-up plus (10 cals), a couple tortilla chips, and some pizza. how'd i do?
