*phew* im back on track today. for breakfast i had grapes and a granola bar, lunch i had a turkey sandwich and a 100 cal cookie packet, for snack i had a frap lite (only 3 points out of the 20 i can eat a day!) and later on i had 3 pieces of veggie sushi and dinner will be fish and veggies. im going to run now a bit now!

i haven't been sticking to my diet at all at school i get so much junk food and then i wonder why on sunday when the scale says that i've gained weight i know losing weight takes will power but how do you get the will power to lose the weight. i need suggestions

if you have stretch marks( i have just to little spots on my stomach) and you lose weight will that mean your gonna gave loose skin??

I'm 5'3, nearly 5'4....I checked the weight calculator and it says that I'm at risk for being overweight. I have a medium body frame and I'm 13 years old. What do you think a good weight for me is?? Let me know please, I want to set a goal!

if i eat around 1200 - 1300 als per day and burn on 500cals on a ski machine, lift weight of 10min and do 50crunches, how much weight should be good to aim for to lose in one week?

i discovered something the other day. I just ate normal food, like not diet, and i just ate normal servings. I had a bowl of captain crunch for breakfast. for lunch I had 2/3 cup cottage cheese ( i actually like it) and a 2 inch piece of cake (remember portion control, key element) for supper i had 2 slices of little ceasars and a ice cream cone at dairy queen. i realized later that I had a reasonal # of calories, adaquate nutrition, and not craving food all night long like i usually do. I've been doing that for a week, eating mostly healthy, but not eating "diet" food or really counting calories (dont go overboard on this, u have to know the limits, a whopper w/ cheese and fries doesnt work this way) and leting myself have treats and not depriving myself. we've been eating a lot of salad, veggies and chicken, tonight I had a chicken breast grilled, a salad (romain lettuce spinach, and feild greans, the darker the lettuce, the better) and we had aspargus and i had ice cream, now im done eating for the night and its 8 o clock

Hey...the diet is going great but soo much pain! everyday I do like 25-50 situps/crunches a day and the next day my ribs and my stomach and stuff are in painnnnnnnn, everytime I cough or get up (from sitting) or laugh really hard, lay down on my bed or anything..they hurt a lot. I stretch after doing the situps too..well a little, I don't really know how to stretch after doing them..? so please anyone can you tell me how to prevent the pain or will it always be there? My mom and sis said that the pain is just because I've just started doing these situps/crunches...once I do them everyday I will get used to it, my body will become immune to it and there will be no more pain. I dunno, you tell me.

hey guys,
i started my excercise plan about 3 weeks ago. i cheated a lot on my diet but i excercised about 4-5 times a week.i did kickboxing 2 times a week and strength trained for 4 days and i did 500 crunches for 4 days a week. even though i cheated a lot on my diet i tried to eat as healthy as possible. i lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. i am now 5'2 and 129 pounds instead of 135 pounds. if i could do it im sure all of you can. i have no self control at all but just try your hardest and that is all you can do. i garuntee you will be a lot happier when you go to bed at night.

***I usually eat around 1200-1500 but we lost our track meet today and I was kinda sad so I'm not in the mood to eat anymore***

Hey all! Omgosh I did so well today! For breakfast I had a yogurt smoothie (170) and green tea (0) for lunch i had a slice of godfathers pizza (430) gross i know, then for dinner I had a slice of potato bread with I can't believe its not butter (150) then I ran a mile and did sum ab workouts. But I'm gonna go to bed now, well drink sum more green tea then crash! LoL! *mUaHz*

HI everyone!! I hope your diets are going great!!!! Well, mine is goin ok. I have a question... Is this a good breakfast?... two strawberries, some grapes, and a banana??? That equals to about 3 srvings of the fruit group. Is that ok to eat 4 breakfast??? Thankz Guyz!!!!!
