IVE BEEN READING THE MESSAGES THAT PEOPLE HAVE LEFT ON HERE. I COULDNT SEEM 2 HELP NOTICE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING 4 QUICK WAYS 2 LOSE WEIGHT. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE WANT 2 LOSE WEIGHT FAST BUT WHEN U THINK ABOUT IT ITS A BIT RIDICULOUS. U CAN ONLY SAFELY LOSE 1-2LBS A WEEK. THE REST IS WATER OR EVEN MUSCLE. UNLESS U WANT 2 DO YOURSELF DAMAGE THEN I SUGGEST U ALL TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT YOURSELVES AND REALIZE THAT YOU CANNOT LOSE ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT OVERNIGHT.

hey everyone. I am 5'6 and weigh 137 lbs. Last summer I weighed 170. I starved myself and excersized to lose the weight. But I dont wanna do that.. Does anyone have any tips to lose about 10 pounds in a month? reply or email me at jcgurl45@yahoo.com. thanks!

I have been overweight for a few years now, and i've been trying so hard to lose for the past 6months. I've come to a hard point in this process though. And it would be really helpful to have someone my age to talk to through these rough times. Someone who is going through what i am going through. My mom says I'm overweight. My friends, even though they don't say it, know I'm overweight. To be nice, they call me 'slender'. I know I am overweight! And all of this is really starting to bother me. I try to eat healthy. I've been cutting down on meat and sugars, and drinking up more on fruit juices and water. But somehow, it's not working. I'm having the most trouble around my thighs. I feel like I'm walking on tree stumps. It also doesn't help that I'm also short. It makes me look even fatter. If anyone knows any good exercises for the thighs and elsewhere, please let me know. I really need help!

Since Februrary I have been trying to eat healthy and was slowly loosing weight. by the end of June I was down from 170 to 153. But thanks to not getting around to the gym and not watching what I eat I weighed 157 this morning. I really don't want to gain weight back. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. (I'm about 5'7'' or 5'8'') I need some motivation to get off my butt and go to the gym. And I need some tips on how to eat healthier. I have a sweet tooth and that's my biggest pit fall. So please help me guys I wanna be down to atleast 140 by the beggining of September for school.

Hi, I'm 16 years old. 5'9" and about 170 pounds. I've been dieting for about a month now, and I've lost about 15 pounds. My goal is to lose more, but close to 20 pounds by Sept. I know I can do it because I've already losed 15 pounds, and I'm half way there. Lately though I've been cheating and sneeking in little bites of things, it seems like it's getting harder, or I'm just not handling the temptations very well. Ok, so im new to this whole thing. I'm 5'7" and 145lbs. See, i dont look fat but ive been doing ballet since i was 4 and im not super skinny. I just had an ankle injury and put on 20 lbs cause i was on crutches for 3 months. I really need some motivation and stuff to get going cause Im getting kinda depressed. i weigh 115 pound. i am not fat or anything, im just really not fat or skinny. anyway i have a problem with having big cheeks. on some says they will be all skinny like for about five days and a few days later they be sorta big looking. is there a way just to make them be skinny all the time or excersize?

Hey hey everybody!! Now I know how hard it is to lose this weight!! And for me it was soo hard it took me 3 and a half years to finally stop going onto a diet but by lunch time going "oh ill just have this donut now and go on to the diet tommorow!" Then the next day the same thing would happen i was so sick and tired of this always happening to me! Seriously, You have to realize the reasons for why yr losing the weight and stick to it! For me every morn i eat oats and lunch a low fat sandwich and dinner a chicken breast and 2 small potatoes and some veggies. AND ive lots over 14 lbs remember the only way you can do this is if YOU want it soo much and if you can and will go through a really hard time! I am 14,5'6",238 pounds. I feel like a big balloon. I have tried every diet in the books. This is my first year in High School. I need to lose 93 pounds. I know it will take every once of strength that I have but I have the WILL. Please HELP
