Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright. So I'm a dessert fiend. Have to have it after dinner and I've alloted calories so I can. I know that a few people are like me and I thought we could make a post of lower calorie dessert alternatives so we can satisfy a sweet tooth while not destroying all the work we've done. I like: meringues (120 cals for five) stawberries in 60 calorie choc pudding apples in caramel dip frozen yogurt hot chocolate sorbet What about you guys?

Ht. 4'11", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Last year during the winter I had gone on vacation and been more active so I lost weight but then I came back from my vacation and I got so confident that I had lost weight and I just started to eat again without caring about what was going into my body. Till the summer when one of my friends invited me to the beach with her and I went [This was my first time I was goign to the beach with her] she was wearing a bathing suit and then I saw how flat her stomach is compared to mine.My stomach felt all jiggly and I started to feel bad. Since then I had decided to lose weight but it's been a year from then and if lost nothing. I've tried really hard but I just keep going up. This year is my last oppotunity to lose weight because I'm going to go to high school in 2009 so this is my last year in Middle School.I want my friends to leave with a good thought about me not some bad thought of them thinking I'm chubby. The worst part is that I'm short and that makes it even harder. Please help me!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 362 lb, Today: 406 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm so sick of this... I literally haven't a clue how to stop eating. My stomach hirts so bad right now, and yet I'm still eating. Why? I don't even know! I weight four hundred pounds and I'm just going to keep on getting bigger. I almost think Jeremy has given up. I can't stop eating, and lately he's been trying less and less to get me to stop. I hate the way I look and the way I feel. I look in the mirror and what stares back at me is huge, fat, bulgy, and gross. And I can barely move because I'm so big. It's so hard... everything is so hard. And yet I keep eating. I think I probably will keep eating, until one day I explode. Because no matter how big I get, or how bad it hurts, I CAN'T stop. And I can't exercise, because I'm almost too big to move. Exercise is pretty much impossible. I feel hopeless. Thanks for the suggestions and help, but I'm beyond help. I'm so huge... and there's no way I can stop this. I'm just going to get bigger and bigger. =(

After that, I plan to keep losing, but at a slower pace and really working on putting on muscle and getting fit. If I lose just 5lbs a month after August, I can be 130-135 by the time I graduate! Right now i'm trying carb-cycling and have gone down from 207 (after two days of horrible eating) to 201 (my lowest in a looong time!). It's not a low carb diet- only the first week is lower-carb, then I'm supposed to cycle between high healthy carb days and a bit lower (but carbs are still included in this plan) carb days. I'm really excited since it's working so well. of course, a lot of it's water weight because the more sugar you store in your body, the more water your body stores. but i don't care, as long as it's weight and inches gone and not reducing my amount of muscle. what do you guys think? any tips? Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Wow, 2 pounds in an hour workout with Wii Fit. Time flew by! But I'm pretty sure that isn't unhealthy, because people who have an identical BMI lose 10 pounds in a week, and I guess that's what happens when you start to exercise eat right. But yeah, posting my success, as this is the farthest I've ever gotten. I've learned alot about posture, and minute-by-minute, I'm becoming more aware of how unhealthy my body is - and it started with how my posture was. Remember, always sit up straight, you'll get used to it after a little bit. And stand straight, with an equal amount of weight on each foot. Anyways, enough about my exercising, my diet is also going well. I'm not on a strict diet, I'm just eating right and healthy.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok so I weigh myself every 2 to 4 days and is been four days sense I weighed myself and three sense I got my skateboard and i lost another 4 pounds thats 8 pounds for the whole summer so far i know thats not alot to some people for the summer but it is to me and i think that it has alot to do with i found an exercise i like no i love (which is skateboarding of course)i can't help but go outside and ride it like every 2 hours are so and its really helping the fat on my legs anyway i'm going to try and lose 2 more pounds so its 10 pounds for the summer

My brain just switches off and I eat everything I see and thats why I hate it when people leave the house and leave me alone and I go to the fridge and just eat everything like a pig. I feel like if I don't stop this I'll be back to where I was and that's the last thing I want! I can't get back to something that horrid! everytime I tell myself to not do it, I binge. It's like I don't listen to myself. It just happens like a reflex and I can't stop it. So I'm going on a 2 day fast (starting today) because I need to control myself and if I can control myself for 2 days I'll feel like I can do anything. I feel like I'm obsessed with food and I just have to complete this fast in order to get my mind straight and realize that food shouldn't be able to control me. I can control myself.... I'm trying to implement more fruits and veggies into my diet not just for weightloss but for added health. I'm actually trying not to destroy my body. I've also decided that I'm not going to fixate on weightloss so much because I think I'm pretty healthy at this weight. I went to the doctor and he said that while I'm not in the prescribed "healthy weight range", that I'm still healthier than most because my bodyfat percentage is at the low end of average. I don't know...I'd still like to be thinner though. Currently I'm a size 10 dress and I feel like if I got to 165 I'd be a 6...I don't know if I'd like that on a 6' frame but whatever. I want to atleast get down to 178 because that's a healthy range of weight for me. Good luck to everone else with your goals.
