Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 258 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - hey.so todays thanksgiving:0i hope i dont over do it,but were not celebrating until tomorrow,so all i have to worry about is snacking while i cook.well i've lost a total of 14 pounds since i started,november 26.so in one month i've lost 14 pounds,and in a year,if i lose 14 every month,i can lose 168 pounds,which will make me 104,so i have a little wobble room,since i only want to be about 120 or so.does anyone know why after i eat lunch my stomach makes noises,for about 2 hours?HAPPY THANKSGIVING,GOOD LUCK,AND WISH ME LUCK!!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - GREAT NEWS! (well for me) I lost 8lbs! lmao I lost 8 pounds! (yea I kno its water weight) I am so happy! I feel so motivated... and this is not my weigh in day! Tomorrow is! omg... I wanna cry... I really feel that I can do this... and sometime this weekend I am hoping to get my pedometer... like I said in an earlier post I noticed most of the change in my mid section but the back of my thighs are not as cellulitey (the front needs a bit of a miracle lol) and my arms kinda lifted... I didn't exercise for the day yet... and the sun is out... so I'll do so tonight! :(Last night I had pizza... my parents aren't home and it's just me and my older brother here... and he bought us pizza... (if it helps he gave me the smaller slices) hopefully I don't let this weight loss get to me because everytime I lose weight I use it as an excuse to eat because I said it's not going to do anything... and it does because I quit for months at a time...

Ht. 5'5", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - This is what Im really wondering, I have a very small frame, my doctor says a healthy weight for me is 115, with that being said, Im 240 now, meaning I would have to lose 125 pounds!! I have about 20 months to do so, so I wont be rushing it but what I am wondering is, will I have a ton of extra skin from losing weight? I heard someone say that people who lose alot of weight have a ton of extra skin that sags, or is that only for older people? Does anyone have any tips, I really have no idea what Im doing besides wanting to lose weight..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - Well over the past... week? i lost about 3 pounds. some probably water weight and whatnot. so im trying to get to 120-130 by april. But definitely to 120 by May, which is my bday. And then get to my goal of 110 or 115 by graduation, which is June. Then summer!!! So this currently how i did today. For breakfast i had this yam bread thing. I ate half of it so about 200 calories? For lunch I had butternut squash ravioli and thats about 450 calories. I had 3 skittles in the afternoon but thats only around 30 calories ish. I don't know what I'm eating for dinner, but after dinner I'm going to have some fruit and I'm too lazy to calculate that so yea. And i got in about 45 minutes of DDR which burned 150 calories. How did i do?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Well I lost weight these past 2.5 weeks. 4 pounds to be exact for a total of 22.5 pounds. I am now only 67 pounds away from my tattoo. I kind of wonder if I lost more though. My period ended yesterday and I always gain a ton of water weight during that week. And I had a huge dinner last night as I had just returned from college for a break. Oh well. I shall weigh myself again after finals week.

Ever since yesterday, doing specific strength training exercises makes me feel super nauseous and sick. My heart beats so fast and I'm out of breath that you would swear I just finished an hour of intense cardio... It feels horrible... Should I take it easy for a while and do light cardio? I really wanna continue with strength training and I've been doing great since last week... ugh! But other than that I'm eating better and all... this isnt cool I'm finally serious and now I feel like I have to give up!

I really want to lose my thighs and my arms... They are my problem areas... not my stomach... It's fairly flat for someone my size but I pretty much carry my weight in my limbs... that sucks... But I'm doing well... staying on the ball and all of that stuff... stay motivated people.

Both my sisters are home from college and the one is 18 and is super skinny and pretty and runs everyday and is just overall really healthy. she's studying to be a dietician. It makes me soo mad that shes skinny. and the other one is is loosing weight and now weighs less than me and shes 20. Whenever they're back i just feel like the ugly duckling and get all sad and depressed. So I decided that I can do this and I will succeed. I was in cross country at my school so I can run its just that I have had no motivation. Anyways.. yeah.. i just need some encouragement and some help from other people that are in the quest too. Thanks for any help and wish me luck!
