Ht. 5'3", Start: 176 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - Hi guys, I'm currently 18 and weigh 176 lbs. I really want to lose weight for college, which is starting in only two months. I have been up and down my four years in high school, with my best weight at 140 lbs. I really hope I can do this and increase my self esteem while improving my health. *Fingers crossed*

Ht. 5'3", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - My name's Rose. I'm 16, 162 pounds and 5'3". I really want to lose weight, and have lost five pounds last month, but I don't have the motivation within me to do it by myself. I'm currently seeing a nutritionist, and she's very sweet and supportive. However, someone my age would be great to talk to. And although my friends are supportive too, it'd just be better to talk to someone who's going through the same thing and i can help also!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 260 lb, Today: 310 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - This is the WORST DAY evER!! The AIRcondtionING went OUT and won't be fixed until THURSday or FRIday! It's so hot I can't STAND it!! I'm SWEATing like CRAZY and I can't even take a NAP because it's too HOT to sleep! I'm BURNing up because my FAT is like 20 COATS I can't take OFF!! WHY does being OVERweight have to be so HORRible??? I'm EATing so much IcEcReAm to try and COOL off and I KNOW that makes me GAIN weight but what ELSE can I DO? I'm MISerable from the HEAT! It's so UNfair that being OVERweight causes me PROBlems! I don't deserve so many PROBlems just because I can't reSIST CRAVEings!

I have a family reunion in a couple weeks and I'm going to CA in August and I want to have at least have lost a couple pounds by then. My moms been on WW for month and she's lost 10 pounds so I am hoping for the best. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 201 lb, Today: 199.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hi guys , today I posted what I ate yesterday, but heres my today! Kashi cereal bar and grapefruit for breakfast, ceaser salad and unsweetened iced tea for lunch, plus black iced coffee (no sugar or cream) healthy stirfry for dinner( I had about 3 cups to muchg though.) I also had a slice of cheescake and two bowls of frozen yogourt with strawberry jam. So that was really bad :( I think im stress eating cuz of exams, I had about 4 glasses of water today, and did not get much excercise, so i will be amazed if i lose tomorrow.
It was hard to post this because of how much i let myself down, but I figured if i lied the only person Id be hurting was myself.
Im gonna start fresh tomorrow :)

I had some cereal with soy milk and raspberries for breakfast, two sausages for lunch, and some fish and stewed vegetables for dinner. I drank four very large glasses of water, skateboarded and got the mail, and worked for three hours, and I have a job where your always busy. Im gonna post what I do so you guys can give me some tips on here, and maybe make a weightloss friend or two. I want to be down to my goal weight by September 7, the day school starts. I have big makeover plans for this summer and need your help. Who else wants to walk into school next year and be a completely different person !
