Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 145 lb - So my first two months of high school have been really good but I just don't want to be this unhealthy for all four years. I look at all my skinny friends and get so jelous. Guys constantly tell me that I'm pretty but they'd like me if I were skinnier. I know I'm making this sound like I'm just doing it for them but I truly want to do this for myself and become healthier. Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 144 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 110 lb - I lost 6 pounds! Last time (before yesterday) I weighed myself I was 149. Now I'm 144! But I think the scale must've made a mistake. My diet has been bad (but I havent been eating as much), but I have been excerising more. I walk my dog everyday (i think its about 3/4 of a mile, or maybe 1 mile) and I started doing 200 jumping jacks everyday and I go to the gym atleast 2 days a week. But I don't look or feel like I lost weight. And I ate alot this morning. I'm going to the gym again to weigh myself, because it must've been a mistake. And if it wasn't, atleast I'm not in the 98 percentile anymore (i think)!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 215 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - this girl that i hang out with at lunch everday gives me her lunch but on the 29th of october she gets about 2 lunches on her plate and she likes always make sure i eat all of it.so thats made me gain all this weight.and on halloween we hanged out and when we went to the movie she insisted to get 2 large popcorns and when we got done with one of them she didnt want the other one so she wanted me to eat so i gained a lot of weight eating 1 and a half bags of popcorn.i am not saying its her fault but she gives me a lot of food.

I have lost 37.5 pounds so far... in about 4 months...I did this by exercising for an hour 4 days a week after schoool, but not friday. I eat special k for breakfast, yogurt, a fruit and a vegetable for lunch, and a lean pocket for dinner. good luck to everyone else..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I got down to 148 lbs a while ago, but then my mom started bringing home pop and halloween candy from work and I completely fell off the healthy eating wagon. That & the cold snowy weather makes it hard to get motivated to go for walks. I'm back up to 155, yikes! And it's not only the weight, my skin is a lot oilier & I'm breaking out too. I'm done eating for today, and tomorrow I'm going to start eating healthier again. I already have my meals planned out.

I'm confident in who i am and have no shame in my body. I get that when it comes to shopping, you can't always get the cute clothes and end up having to settle for something that fits, even if you don't like it. i've been there, i'm still there in fact. but you must remember that you are you for a reason. So i don't anyone downing themselves because they're overweight. You can do anything smaller people can do. Despite my size, I'm on my high school's dance team and i'm an amazing dancer. I started dieting in like sept ... and i lost fourteen pounds but i've gained it back... I'm excited to be in the 230's its been a while but i cant seem to get myself out of them.. the only reason i lost wait the first time was because i was stressed out and couldn't eat, or i would puke it back up :/ i wish that would happen to me again... i use to be Ok with myself for who i am in-till last friday night, when i was at a party and this drunken redneck made me hate my self. all he did was call me a fat A%% Bi% and right there my life changed. i've been put through so much no one really understands. I hate not having anyone to talk to and no one understanding what im going. i really want a friend to lose weight with but all my friends are skinny and happy with themselves.. im the only one that sticks out, and i hate it.. i know this happens to everyone but i've put up with it for sixteen years and i want it to go away....

I want to lose at least 70lbs during this school year and thats very hard since its during school to me at least. You know how people tell you you are really overweight but you feel fine to yourself well thats me i already started and i lost a couple of pounds as you can see but its really hard. Then i have my mom who is just bothering my life even though i try my hardest. I was wodering if a 154o calorie diet and 30 min exercise for 5 days a week is good enough. Please help i need all the info and idean and just anything that can help me lose the weight in 8 months. Thanks :)
