Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 156 lb - i know and feel i have gained weight. it has been like this for the past month. its really annoying. for the past couple weeks i haven't been exercising at all. n ive been eating not the healthiest. i really hope i'll get over this phase and start exercising everyday and eating healthy. im getting really sick of myself.. neways good luck to you guys

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I Cant believe this year has gone by pretty fast!! I been here since March 2011. This site has over 2000 pages.. Of history teens and tweens.
When I saw junk food when I woke up two in a half hours a go. I said no I don't need that.. Right now, my brain was lying to me, I do tease the boys at times of course for the fun of it.. I sprayed one of my by mistake I was like oh no.. It was fourth of July weekend !! James asked me you OK.
I said I sprayed the other boys with the hose. Have any you teens spayed boys or chased them .. Or Hugged them.. By any chance? I am losing weight for myself. Not for anyone else, I am trying to reach a healthy weight for my height, body frame, and my shape. So I don't get other nasty things for not losing weight..
And I want to be back in shape!! I don't like Fried food much as I used to.. I been eating a lot of peaches melons... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - So I had this goal to lose 5 pounds by August 9th...well that's on Tuesday and that's not gonna happen. I've been beating myself up over my lack of commitment and not keeping this promise to myself. . But I've gotten over it and I have a goal to lose 5 pounds by the time school starts, which gives me 2-3 weeks. This way I don't feel like a complete failure when I go back to school and I can start it out on a happy note.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 285 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I can't believe a few short months ago I was looking at myself, 50 pounds heavier, and didn't think I could change anything. I was so wrong! I still struggle with the depression everyday, thinking of how much farther I have to go and how I look. Even after 50 pounds, I can't see a difference, but everyone else can. I guess the whole distorted self-image thing is something I'll always have to deal with. But I've started a new workout plan, lots of cardio, twice a day. Drinking lots of water. And as far as a diet goes, I'm keeping it under 1500 calories a day. Eating mostly vegetarian, but also eating poultry. I feel really good right now. I haven't felt this way in months. I'm done letting my weight, and food, run my life. I will succeed, and it will be great :)

Dont give up girls.. Remeber High School Musical? Movies. Get your head in the game whoa..

I been cutting my amount of food since early this year!! March 2011.. 1 excrise, 2 eat less 3 drink lots of water.. You will look at yourself like wow!! I did it and my clothing I got last summer is to big!! I L!!! Now my goal is M and S!! and kids plus pants, jeans, shorts for next spring!!! 2012!!! my male friend James told me not to give up!!! I willing to help anything with weight loss!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 230 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I'm Tammy and i have been overweight ever sence the 3rd grade. I haven't ever really been mad fun of but deep down inside i know what they are thinking about me. Sometime in April i decided to stop eatting so poorly and start eatting healthy. What changed my mind was i was with a group of friends and we were all trying on clothes and they all found stuff to wear but me. Because none of the clothes fit me. Just feeling the embarrassment was enough to get me motivated to losing weight. After i started losing weight for a few months, Then things started going down hill. My family and i moved to a different state. And here i am now trying so hard to get back on my diet. And so far it's been paying off. I just want anyone who reads this to let you know never give up. Even if things seem so impossible just keep going.

I remeber the 3 Movie made me almost cry. listen to them. They great songs.. I always have the songs from them in my head.. I been a fan of them since I was 10 in a half now Im 16 .. That was 5 in a half years a go..
Teens did you like it or dislike it? Dance to it.. It is a fun musicla! Get your head in the game is one of my favorites.. It keeps me focued. Stayed fouced with your weight loss. And dont give up. Foucs on now not the past as my grandfather always said.

To be honest I think it is better to eat natural food everyday, veggies and furits. And drink a lot of water. I cut orange soda, sprite, Pepis. It was weried. For me not drinking. I had the peanut better that had sugar in it. Well it was nasty.. Yuck it tasted like glue.. To me. I like the one that has no sugar at all or corn syupr.
Avoid the sugared peanut better.. I feel better being able to find clothes easily now!! yahoo, I hated being xxl clothing and even xl clothing womens.. I want to get into S for Womens and Juniours clothing!! that my goal!!! Im still getting over that headace.. I fell off the small horse.. A few days a go.. You enter the name of a food, then click on that food, and it comes up in your food diary with the calories it consumed. You can set a daily calorie goal. For men, its more realisitic to have it for 1400-1500, while women want it more 1200-1300. You can track your excersize and it tells you how many caloies you burned. If you want to keep an eye on your sodium intake, sugar intake, fat intake, and all those things it has it aswell. There is a comuninty and you can post your weight loss progress, pictures, ask for motivation, and everything. Its like a forum. Its a very neat website and it keeps me on track and accountable for my weight loss journey! You should try it out.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - ok, here it goes i have had a weight problem ever since the 3rd grade. i always see my friends with there girlfriends and wish i could have a relationship like them or if a girl could just look past my looks once they could accually see what a good guy i am. the bulling has tormented me so much that when ever i see people laughting around me i feel there talking and laughting at me and i just break down. i tell people that im ok with how i look but im not and sometimes i feel im making up my own storie to make my slef feel better. i just dont know what to do and i need some suport because i dont know what to do anymore about the bulling.

I have lost weight before but i always end up gaining it back
sometimes i feel like everyone hates me because of my weight, including the boys in my school.
I have to live watching all of my friends expirience boys and relationships and i just get to congratulate the and sit and watch

Ht. 5'4", Start: 228 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Alright. Being off for about a month did not feel good. In 3 months I went from 215 to 226. But I'm getting back on track. I want to loose 80 pounds in 10 months. I think thats possible. But, the reason I keep not succeeding is because I have no motivation. If anybody wants to talk, post here with your email adress!
