Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 163.8 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - Well I must be doing SOMETHING right! I dunno how I dropped 1.8 pounds since yesterday.Maybe it's because I did laundry allllll day and cleaned, and didn't eat much (i was very busy) I'm probably a little dehydrated but hey, it's great either way haha hope you're all still in the game. (this board is incredibly dead lately I feel like I'm talking to myself).

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165.6 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - SWEET! So, now that I know I lost water weight, I'm down to 165.6 and steadily losing 0.2 pounds per day, so weekly i'll be losing 1.4 lbs. Definitely not an incredible loss but I know from experience that when I lose weight too fast, I gain it back and then some. This way, it will be steady consistent PERMANENT weight loss. I'm also starting a full time job at the hospital starting on Monday (just graduated college yaay!) So from 7am-3pm I will be busy and will be packing healthy low calorie lunches. It's just going to be hard not to snack at night which I am very used to. So at this rate, I'll be 160lbs by Christmas (mini goal) and then close to 155 by my 23rd birthday in January. I'm very positive right now that I can do this! Hope everyones doing great, good luck!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166.8 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - I haven't been on here in months. I've been so lazy and undetermined. I don't understand how or why but I totally lacked motivation and drive over the course of the last 4-5 months. I think it was the stress of finishing college and finding a job. But the good news is that I started up again 3 days ago and I'm going strong. I've already lost 1 pound (prob. mostly water). I will be a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding in August, and we went for a dress fitting on Saturday and picked out this beautiful black dress for us all to wear. I loved the way I looked, except for my flabby arms. So I've decided to diet and exercise to get back down to my lowest weight of 155 for the official fitting in February (There's no going back after that. Once it's ordered I'm stuck with that size) so I really want to stick with this and get this stupid fat off!... (view more)I haven't been on here in months. I've been so lazy and undetermined. Confident, but knowing I had about 10 pounds left to lose (in the gut). Plus, getting my hair and makeup professionally done and getting to wear a glamorous dress for a whole day will be like a huge reward and I'll get to show off my success if I make it... or rather.. WHEN I make it because I will! I hope everyones doing great, and good luck. We can do it. (view less)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 145 lb - I have hated the way I looked for so long, but I find it difficult to have to motivation to stick to weight loss. I will start out really well on an exercise and eating plan, but when weight loss doesn't come quickly, I quit. I find myself eating to feel better all. the. time. I hate that I do it, but once I get upset, I immediately think, "hmm, some ice cream, (or other kind of yummy junk food.) would really help me right now." Immediately after I am back to disliking how I look. Does anyone have advice to turn around emotional eating? I have tried for so long, but I don't know a healthy habit to replace it with.. does anyone have a success story to share? I need help, really badly.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 285 lb, Today: 284 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Hey everyone. I'm really really tired of being overweight, and I have the world's strongest DESIRE to lose the weight. But I lack the willpower. Unfortunately, my busy schedule prevents me from being online a lot. What I'm looking for, ideally, is 3-5 people I can grow close to and work with on this journey. I'm hoping to find some texting buddies, since texting is the best way to reach me most of the time. I'd like to be able to exchange milestone pictures and engage in friendly competitions such as "Who can lose 5lbs first?" If you're interested, send me an email at heyy_its_tori@hotmail.com and we'll get in touch about this. :) Thanks, Tori

Ht. 5'3", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 29), Goal: 140 lb - I have always been on the heavier side. I remember being like 13 and being this weigh-only fluctuating + or - 10 pounds at this same height. I am a very emotional eater, and have trouble motivating myself to exercise. plus i am in college in a dorm with dorm food, so that can be hard sometimes, but i am going to try to finally lose the weight, without obsessing over the numbers

Ht. 5'4", Start: 174.6 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hey, I've been coming to this site since I turned 13. Wayy to long to not have done anything. I've lost 15lbs around 5 seperate time, but i always gain the weight back. I know what to do to eat heathly I just can't seem to stick to it. Recently, a friend of mine who was my size lost all of her weight and is now at my goal weight. I envy her for being able to do it. I started Medifast last week and i have lost some weight. At first everything was absolutely disgusting. I adjusted my taste to it. Now I enjoy it. I have signed up for the next 26 weeks and plan to reach my goal weight by January. I really want to loose weight before the end of highschool. So my peers can notice and I can reinvent myself for college. I'm excited and sticking to it. I do best when face with accountability. So each Monday i will be updating my weightloss PROGRESS! and would love to be of benefit to anyone who may need it. Thanks so much for Reading!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI: 30), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! My name is Emily, I'm 20 years old, and I've just begun my journey to lose weight. I've been coming to this site since I was maybe 14, and until now it's always been a 'lets feel sorry for myself and not do anything to better myself' attitude. I've recently become fed-up with everything though, and joined weight watchers! I'm really excited to see if it will really work. I'm on my third day, and I'll be honest, it's not so bad. The hardest part is making better food choices, but in all actuality, I'm not starving and I'm still eating some things that I used to! My first goal is to drop 5% of my weight, which would be 166. I'll try to keep up with my journey, and if anyone has any questions or comments, I'd love to talk! Good luck to everyone!
