if i eat 1300 calories a day and exercise for about 2 hours a day can i lose alot of weight by august 2nd-im talking a couple dress sizes, maybe 2 or 3

Hey this is how I did today: Breakfast: 3 slices of whole grain toast with cream cheese and yogurt Lunch: smoked salmon sushi Dinner: Protein bar Snack: papaya and yogurt. Exercise: walked 2 hours! I am SO PROUD!!! Whoohoo and I'm down 5lbs total since I started! ~~MissyK~~

Hi I just wanted to ask for some advice and tips on how to stop my BULIMIA. See I used to do this every time I had a big meal or a high-fat meal so about once or twice a week. Now I am starting to think that I can eat whatever I want because I can just throw it up after and now I have done once everyday for the past 3 days. I think I am starting to get addicted. Hello everyone! I'd like to introduce myself again, my name is marina, im 5'5 and i weigh alot, but im really working on reaching my goal, everyday except on weekends i go to a fitness club for women and i do a hour of exersize a day 3 days a week i do all 13 of the weight machines then 2 days a week i do cardio, cardio is when i exersize 20 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes on the bike, and i'm on this diet shake called carb solutions, it really works for me, i used to be on slim fast but slim fast has alot of sugar, anyway on the weekends i do a 1,2 or 3 mile workout video. so far i've lost 13lbs. in about 7 weeks, i'm working on loosing my weight slowly so i don't get sick or something. I also have a 1 week diet at 1400 calories a day and it's all healthy stuff, so if you would like me to send you one, i will happily do so :-). ok sorry this message is so long, lol. i hope to meet new people here, and share my experiance with everyone, have a great day everybody!!!!!!! :)

i was just reading something, and i must be stupid, i didnt know, but neways, i found it interesting that paris hilton has "Quod me Nutrit me Destruit" tatoted on. Quod me Nutrit me Destruit means "what nurishes me distroys me" in latin( i think) well, just wanted to share that, i found it cool.

hey everyuone im on the 2nd day of my diet im doing ok becuase i chew sugar free gum everytime i get a craving. tell me if my food is ok- Breakfast: 1 piece whole wheat toast and ) calorie spray butter. Lunch:3/4 hot dog on a bun and a fruit salad (banana,raspberries,cherries,watermelon and apple). and then for a snack:1 serving size of the soup (oyster) crackers. And i have taken my dog for a walk and did activitys in the backyard and i plan to do some other form of exercize today. is this good???, i feel really goood about it! :)

I've been here before but I 'm going to start over! I usually have good advice for other people but none for me.I 'm 13 and I weigh 150 pouds. It's soooo embaressing. I am in such regret i ate 2 bowls of vanilla n chocolate icecream, 15 slices of yellow cheese, pretzels,macoroni n cheese, soup all in 1 day, plus i didn't excersise or do anything : ( !

Hey guys its me and i just wandered upon a rather informative site about the required amount of water youre supposed to drink everyday. Now i know everyone says 8 glasses everyday but this site kinda gave me more into that, cause i was always like "well doesnt that depend on what size cup you use and etc..." anywho this site (i dont remember it anymore >< sorry) says that if you multiply your weight by .66 and you will obtain how many ounces of water you are supposed to drink each day. Im guessing the reason behind this is because some bodies may not need a huge amount of water a day..that doesnt really make sense to me but anyway..once you obtain that you can divide it by how many ounces your glass is. For example i have a huge blue cup that sits on my desk at work i know that its 32oz (cause i can fill up my nalgene bottle with it and thats 32oz) so i took my weight which is about 290 ... I then divided that number by 32 to see how many cups i would have to drink and got about 5.9 or 6. Now i know that i need to drink 6 blue cups a day! lately on ive noticed that all people ever talk about is girls and body image and girls and eating disorders and stuff like that....i wish theyd talk about the boys once in awhile cause we go through alot of body image issues to and they never seem to talk about us much just the girls.....its kind of sad
