Hey everyone im new here. my name is Tara and im in the 11th grade for most of my life ive been over weight. but its getting to the point where im afraid im goign to gain more and more weight. im 5'6' and weigh 232 lbs i have gone down from being 245lbs but i still need to lose way more. diets dont work for me so i think ill try to eat some what better and get alot of excersice. I love dancing and i quit dance class for 2 years because of the tight clothes i have to wear. but this coming year im going to join dance again. so i really want to lose weight b/c its so embaressing. does any one have any tips to help ?

Why do you want to be so skinny, like below you get all mad b/c we don't like people talking about the 3 day diet. Why get skinny quick and then gain the weight back and not know what to do. We should not attempt to do a diet like that, even if it is safe!

Well hi people, I'm back to the site, I left because every time I posted it would never show up on the bulletin board:(. Well now I'm a very sad person, Im 5"7 and 150lbs, Im at risk of becoming overweight. I don't want to become over weight because I get teased enough when I go swimming, or by my sister or mother:(, that doesn't help me at all. I'm going to New York on the 10th and I want to loose 5 pounds, anyway I can do this, I mean I have a goal weight of 130, it would be nice, guys only look at me now because my bra size is a 36D, but if I were Skinny, nice legs, you know, guys in my school would treat me diffrently. One thing that I know is that i want to loose weight on my stomach mostly, maybe a bit on my legs. My butt is fine i mean that i get compliments for (italian butt:P).. Well can someone help me? i'm embarassed. i went from 150 pounds to 160 in 3 weeks. I am so embarassed that I am not coming back on here until I lose the 10 pounds.

ok today i ate a lot we had a one day late 4th of july party soo didnt eat too well but i went on a 10 mile bike ride and danced in my room for 5-10 mins so i guess it was ok but i ate A LOT soo gotta get back on track and i will

how long do you think it actually takes for your body to absorb the calories from a peice of gum? Sometimes i have like 2 peices in 2 minutes when i just want the flavor.

ok, i have been to 2 calorie counting sites. fitday.com + caloriesperhour.com. Calories per hour says that 1 medium apple has over 500 calories and firday says it has like 81. i believe fitday more. but what is up with this becuase caloriesperhour seems like a reliable site.

Hey...I was woundering that if on the 3 day diet if I eont have that thing can I subtitute it??. like todfay I substitued a rice cack cuz we dont got bread. but the ricecake was lower in cals, and carbs...is this okay?

WHEW! Three Days Of Atkins....And Its Going Great, Ive Never Been On A Diet That Ive Actually Liked And I Actually Like This One, Its Awesome!
