Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 goal:150 - Hey guys ! I know i havent been on here in4ever and its cuz ive been realy discouraged ! lol Well yea i have aproblem ! Ibe been at 175 now for 2 and a half months and i havent budged !!! I lost 15 and now im at 175 and i wont move ! Its wierd becuz i ahvent been back at this weight in about 2 years and now im back but my body wont let any weight go ! Ive been working out 3 times a week and following weight watchers and still nothing has happened ! Any ideas on what could be wrong ? I realy need help pleaase !Well thanks 4 reading this i know its kinda long. *nothing tastes as good as thin feels*

I think i need a good blessing from god :) (Of course hes blessed me so much already) So im going to a youth convention in about less then 3 weeks, and i hope to lose a little weight by then! (yogurt, fruits, veggies, granola bars..ect)(((Good idea is some baked chips, put small amounts into indivual baggies and if you get a craving have one of the baggies, so you know your limit when your done with it!:) ))) Put all this food into a place in your kitchen that is easy to get too, maybe a shelf on your pantry, so you dont go looking through it and see all the bad stuff you can eat!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - So today I (throughout the day) I had 3 half sandwiches (you know, when you fold the bread over) anyway they consisted of: wheat bread, 2 w/ turkey and 1 w/ (i don't know how to spell it) bolonnie(sp) I know that's so wrong. I had a medium sized bowl of veggies..how do you think i did? Ugh i really don't know how to put meals together.
