Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - Okay so I wasn't planing to write on here until tomorrow cause that's my official weigh in day (I pretty much weigh myself everyday) but I just have to say I LOVE STACE shes amazing, she doesn't really need to be on here anymore but she is and she comments on pretty much everyones post, no one really comments anymore and that can get people really down but she does and gives really great advice too. Well, I did it, and I lost 17 pounds :). But that's not why I'm here. As happy as I am that I've lost 17 pounds I don't feel as if I learned anything. I'm back here because I still have 38 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I'm starting Weight Watchers tomorrow and I would appreciate all the support I can get. I know that in the past I did a diet that this website doesn't approve of...and it took 50 days of HCG injections and 500 calories a day. It was pure misery. Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - ommmgg I just noticed that I am .6 pounds away from OFFICIALLY LOSING 50 POUNDS!!! I went down from 181 to 131 pounds!!! xD If I can do it... anyone can do it! And to be honest what helped the most was weighing myself in EVERY SINGLE DAY unless I'm on my period that week. Because it truly gets you motivated and it reassures you that you are in the weight range that you should or shouldn't be in! Hope that helps.

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - 131.6 pounds yaaaaaaah!! I can't believe just by eating healthy has allowed me to lose this weight even without EXERCISING. For the past 2 weeks I have not been exercising as much as I thought I would but of course... the weight keeps on falling. I think dieting is the most imperative thing within our weight loss regimes. You have to discipline yourself and most of all my favorite trick DO NOT eat heavy meals AFTER 6pm ! This is the time that your body needs to resort to the stored fat. Anyhow, I just wanted to give you guys a brief update. =D

Ht. 5'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 125 lb - hey everyone, i have a problem with controlling my eating im getting to the last fourty pounds of my weight loss and i can work out like no bodys buisness, i run at least twice a day but when it comes to eating i cant control myself, even when im not hungry i eat and ill even be saying what are you doing your not hungry but it doesnt seem to help does any one have any tips to try?

I am going to be a junior and I just want to have self confidence. I weigh 179 right now and I am really hoping to lose weight. Start: 242 lb, Today: 242 lb - High school and obese - well let me tell you its no easy.high school is hard being a normal sized teen. but it seems to me its way hard if your overweight. i had a best friend she gets lots of boys and she always tells me you not fat. but i weight 242 pounds.she only wieghts about 110 and is 5'6.so how does that make me feel. people always tell me "your not fat".but i just think there trying to be nice. i also have PCOS it isnt easy.i cant live a normal life. but im always pressured in looseing weight.i always try my hardest but they dont seem to understand they dont know what it is tobe my size.they dont know how people make fun of me every i just dont complain.i just wish i can have a friend that can understand how i feel.

Ok so my dieting plan start off rocky but im now down to 241.0 from where i started at 247.4. i've lost a total of 6.4 pounds and im pretty estatic. i know it should be more but this is pretty good for me. Ive felt so down lately because of how big im getting, its my 16th soon + i cant even wear a dress. I was wondering if anyone has gone threw bullying because of their weight, and if they have gotten over it because i havent been able to. Any advice?
