I LOST 3lbs!!! At first I thought it was water, but today I ate SO much and I weighed myself after dinner to find that I'm still 3lbs below my heaviest weight. Thanks for all the support, guys! I no longer really have a "goal" for summer...I'm just going to LOSE AS MUCH AS I POSSIBLY CAN!!! ~~MissyK~~

Hi, i did a diet in feb. and lost 15 lbs but i got off it and gained it all back. i just havent had any motavation to start again, ive tried about 5 times but i dont know what to do. i think im gunna try a 1200 cal diet and exercize, if i am 5'6" and 225 lbs will losing 25-30 make a difference in my appearence.can i lose that much b4 the end of august? i need help seriously! anyone wanna be my motavation/diet buddy? please help!

I heard the Yolk on the egg is good for you in helth class the actual egg part isnt that healthy...but there good for you!!! GOOD LUCK ALL!!

ok everyone whut i daily ate today..........breakfast=2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter on it, snack=2 fruit snacks, lunch=1 hotdog on a wheat bun with nothin else and a slimfast, snack=a few sips of diet pepsi, dinner=a bean burrito with water and carrots............ For excercise I did 4 sets oof 25 crunches each, 40 leg lifts each leg 20 both legs together, went on a walk(not sure how far but i felt it in my legs),went out ran back and forth on my driveway and dribbled a basketball around and practiced dribbling the basketball. That is everything I did today and ate I guess the food could of been better I ate 2 much and shouldnt of had sips of pop or the fruit snacks and then it would be ok but i guess I did enough excercise for today and may end up doing a lil more like maybe some more toning excersiese or jump roping. Well good luck to everyone. And hope ur weight comes off for when u want it to.

hey i'm 139lbs and i'm 5'5 every body says i look fine but i don't feel it.when i always tell my mom i want to go on a diet she tells me i don't need to and gives me no suport at all.i would really like to droop about 5-10 lbs but nothin seems to work,

okay one way im losing weight is dancing any type of dancing helps me i do all kinds.hip-hop- jazz-- booty dance-country- anything to get you moving. even if you make up your own just put on the radio in your room for an 30 mins to an hour and dance around- have fun .and the other tip is the game dance dance revolution if you play that game everyday for 30 mins to one hour you can lose over 30 pounds in 90 days.im not lying i dance everyday and im losing weight because it makes you moves around and just your heart is constanly racing and your body is just working everything it's a fun way to lose weight. this is just some tips if you like to dance.-mickey

hey guys, well my diet started 2day and i fink im doing pretty good so far so heres wot ive ate-
breakfast- 30g bran-flakes, 125ml semi-skimmed milk,
lunch- 2 slices of ryvita whole- grain crackers with extra light cheese spread and a low fat yoghurt. i have also done 50 sit-ups an drank lots of water. do u think this is a good start or should i make some improvements? thanx a lot *x*Lucy*x*

I know a lot do aerobics one day and weights the next cuz with aerobics you move and not stop...you would loose more weight by doing it different days...good luck!!!

I'm so confused, I haven't been eating so good and yet I am losing weight... rather rapidly, I mean, thats good but It makes me feel like I'm cheating or something. I guess its because I've been swimming like 5 hours everyday, I guess it burns a lot of calories? Oh well... I'd feel better if I could eat healthy at the same time but swimming makes me sooooo hungry :(

hey i would really liek if someone could give me an excersize plan, not involving running because i dont want my mom to find out bout this, and an eating plan that can go along with what my mom gives me(breakfast - cerial w/strawberrys, lunch - chips, pbj, fruit, dinner - pasta, chicken,usually,) but i am always hungry and i drink 8+ glasses of water a day, and i dont know wat to do. someone please help me thanx

Hi everyone. I decided to help myself lose weight by placing two pictures of Hilary Duff on my refrigorator in the kitchen so whenever I feel like pigging out, I could look at her and tell myself NO! She has a great figure and I have always wanted to be like her. Oh and I have a question. How long would it take me to lose about 50 pounds by eating 1200 calories and exersizing for an hour every day? Pleez help me out.
