but i lost 12 pounds :).im proud of myself.cuz its really hard for me to lose weight.and i wasnt even trying it just like came off lol

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does anybody here watch The Biggest Loser? I LOVE that show..it's such a big inspiration and I really wish Bob was my trainer ;). Anyway...if you don't watch it, you should! It's really something amazing and the weight loss and the stories are incredible. It's coming on tonight Channel 4, 9:00 pm, it's the season premiere (though it really stars Sept 4). I'm so excited!! I love this show:)!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas but no matter what I do I can't get below 170 it's been like this for 2 months now and it's making me mad. How can I get below 170. PLease help I ate like 1500 calories. And I did a 30 min walk and a 14 min soccer plus I'm gonna do 10 more min. I usually eat less though. PLease HELP ME

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - this message is for Kayli. to answer ur question it took me about 3 months to lose 30lbs. i had a steady loss of about a pound or two a week, and its just because i wasnt eating as much as i used to, i didnt exercise much. but now i'm paying for it because my weight loss has slowed down a lotttt so now im trying to get way more exercise in there. it's fairly easy if you dont think about it too much, i find as soon as i TRY hard to lose weight, it becomes more difficult. basically, my advice to anyone would be just go with the flow and don't let this whole weightloss thing interupt your life and consume your entire mind. good luck :)

i want to lose about 5 more lbs by october..that gives me almost a month so thats do-able right? well see the problem is its like ive hit a funk in my weight loss...im having a hard time getting past the weight im at now...im stuck. do i need to mayb change what im eating and doing for exerise?? and if so any ideas or websites i can go to?? i need help!! thanks guys!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i suck i had pizza last night, and a sundae lol oh well, i've been taking these pills that help your thyroid gland produce more hormone so your metabolism speeds up and burns calories way faster, and i've noticed a difference! i basically screw up all the time and eat the wrong foods and nothing happens, but thats no good because i want to LOSE weight not maintain lol anyways, from today on, i'm going to be good and allow myself a little thing once on fridays. anyway, so far i've lost 30lbs, and i thought that a good goal would be 180-175 because i'm tall with a medium to large frame and i have muscle, but i think i should lower it to 165lbs because i still have a lot of extra fat around my belly and arms and hips etc. my stomach is so flat but you know, flabby, and flabby isnt cute lol

Like, I'll go buy some food at the nearest Rite Aid or someplace, and stash it in my locker. The problem is, it's all gone in a really short time period. It burns money FAST, and is also adding SO MANY pounds on... I don't know how to stop. Help???
