Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, I haven't posted here in a while. I've been doing horribly! With the stress of midterms and just plain laziness I've been eating SO poorly and not excercising for the past few weeks. My current weight says 210, but I haven't gotten on the scale so it's probably around 214ish. So yesterday I decided to get my butt back into gear at around 5 pm, lol. I ate two bagels with cream cheese and a pint of ice cream all day so I was feeling horrible. I jogged to the gym for most of the way which is almost two miles, and then did cardio for about 45 minutes, then took my trainers class which was an hour. From the time I left the gym to the time I walked in the door, I burned 1682 calories!!=] I know this because I saved up my money a while back and bought a heart rate monitor which I totally recommend. Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 258 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - has anyone on here lost alot of weight?like 50 pounds??or 100?it seems like such a large task to lose 100+ pounds.ugh,i had been doing so well and then i gained back 10.now i cant stop,everyday is the same thing.breakfast:none.lunch:wrap w/ chips or chicken and fries.dinner:anything and everything-definatley my weak spot.I want to lose weight so bad....i dont know how to start back again..when i started it was spontaneous,i was late to lunch that day and i didnt feel like waiting in the pizza line ao i walked over to the other line and got a salad...and the habit stuck...for awhile.HELP!I dont think many people realize this when they make fun of us but what we have is a disease(obesity)..it kills..it should be considered just as fatal as cancer except we can stop it...but its addictive,so i guess its more like smoking.but the point is its not good and we need to fight it!!good luck,and please comment.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I am soo happy. I finally fit into these pants that I've been trying to get into for a few months. They are really cute and I like them a lot. They are a lil tight so I'm not going to wear them straight away but it made my day and gave me so much more motivation then I've had. Also, I'm down to 217.5 and every Sunday my parents and and I write down our weights and check every sunday, but now I decided I'm going to weigh myself every Wednesday and put it on my weight chart on here. Yay...

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - K, so four pounds..I weighed myself this morning before I ate to get a more accurate weight. And I'm in the 160's again!!! yay! Today I had some cereal and milk for breakfast. Salad for lunch, and I haven't had dinner yet but i've been snacking on apples and carrots since i got home from school...quite delicious really. I'll exercise later tonight after i'm done with homework.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 150 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 125 lb - Hi everyone! Well, i'm going to get straight to the point! I'm not really fat, but I do have a gut and I would really LOVE to get rid of it! But its so hard! And I would go jogging, running and stuff but its the middle of winter and its FREEZING! And I live in an apartment and can't get a treadmill because its kinda noisey. And I love to run! I've also tried exercise videos and they didn't work at ALL! I try to eat healty, but I go to my friends house like everyday and all they have to eat and drink is JUNK FOOD and SODA! And I try not to eat over at their house but we do a lot of active stuff or we just watch tv all day and we get bored or hungry and I eat what they have. But i'm going to try out for the softball team at my school. And try to eat healthly and before I go to my friends house! But I still need some help so give me some tips!

Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i've been overweight since about 5th grade-6th grade, then in 7th grade i had a great body without exercise but i think it was because i didnt eat alot. but then in 8th grade i gained about 20 pounds and now in 9th grade i gained about 10 more so i want to get to 110 by summer or my sophomore year because i want to have a school year when i finally dont have to obsess about my weight. the weight gain has affected my self esteem majorly, my attitudes towards people and i've become a couch potato from not wanting tohang out with my friends anymore. i need someones help on here to get back on track. i want to start on suday february 1st. someone please help me please

I was talking to my mom about how I have to pass 4 out of the 5 fitness test in order to pass 9th grade P.E and then my dad walks in and he's like 'you got to get on that treadmill' and my mom was like 'no she's sick' and then went on to say i need to eat healthier and start working out. And my mom has these unrealalistic dreams of me wearing a bikini by june and stuff. And I was just like omg, dude, that's never going to happen. And my dad said 'it doesn't matter, you're fine the way you are, i just want you to be healthier' and i started to get all teary eyed and just wanted to run away. and then my dad hugged me and i was all like 'i'm not going to cry, i'm not going to cry' so then i run upstairs and my dad was like i love you and i was like you too. and then I came up stairs and started like bawling.... Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I've figured out my problem. I'm a binge eater. Seriously. When I start eating, I can't stop. I just eat eat eat eat eat untill my stomache can't tae it anymore. I'm not even hungry when I do this.
Its a real problem. And I'm fixing it starting right now. Hopefully you guys can help me do this. This is a great site, and I could seriously make some good friends here. Having someone to talk to that has the same problem makes you more motivated and its something that you can do together.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. So far today I am doing really well! For breakfast I had a glass of milk and 2 hard-boiled eggs. For lunch I had a salad with the following inside: 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 tbsp. tuna (my special recipe), crumbled bleu cheese, croutons, almonds, cut up chicken, and 1g carb salad dressing. If I say so myself, I am a great salad-creater! Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes and today I'm going bike-riding + walking. I have my period though I'm gonna slow down the pace a wee bit... *_* LOL.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 205 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - So I'm really upset with myself right now. My mom works at a gym and is a manager/aerobics instructor/personal trainer and I always feel so huge next to her. And I do go into the gym a LOT, but I don't feel like I'm getting results. And I think it's because of my eating habits. Now, you can guess, with my mom being a gym freak, she eats REALLY healthy, so we don't have a lot of junk food around the house. But I over eat, and I definitely eat when I'm bored. I used to do weight watchers and I got down to about 155, but that was like 2 years ago, and I have since put on almost FIFTY POUNDS! That is insane! I want to get back to weight watchers, but it is so expensive! I think I just need to save up and do it? Anybody else with me?!

This week hasn't been too great, and I havent been keepin' up with the strict healthy eating plan and exercise plan I had for myself, and I gained 2 pounds back. :( Freakin' angry. But this week will be better. After I get done typin this lovely message, I'm gonna go eat a light dinner..some salad and some fruit. I'm not hungry for anything else. Then I'm gonna go walkin' on the tredmile. AND I'm gonna go swallow ten gallons of water...haha jk, just a waterbottle or two. Love y'all. Good luck this week. Next mini goal: 165

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - ahh it feels good to be in the 160's again!! after a full week of dieting strictly i finally lost a pound, but honestly, i think i lost 2, because i may have been at 171 when i started (i was 174 from water weight and lost that in a few days, then i was stuck at 171 for a few days, and so on) either way, 160s woohoo lol i cant wait to get down to 165, thats my lowest weight ever, i was 166 this summer but i lost those couple of pounds the wrong way (too busy to eat much) and i gained it back. served me right though. my first mini goal though is 164. i'll finally be at the very high end of the "normal weight range". NORMAL!!! ive never been normal, all my life ive been overweight. i cant imagine what itll feel like :) anways enough rambling, keep up the good work guys, and good luck !
