Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - Tomrrow I am going to be at my just turned 3 year old niece 3 brithday party.. I used to eat and eat at family parites, I take small portions, I am a bit nervss of overeating there tomrrow afternoon wish me a good time.. This is going to be a test for me.. Any ideas I dont overeat? I am really nervss and scared.. Jessica 15.

I had a chocolate bar, I splited into small pieces, I do not eat things like that in seconds,,, I was walking while eating it, I did a little jog, I gave up orange soda, a while back, I dont drink it anymore.. I am trying to lose weight it is coming off very slow like a tuttle. Oh well I was hopeing to be 138 pounds by now, I guess not.. I dont believe in magic pills those diet pills are dangress for growing kids, do not try the ridlen I had it when I was little, It makes you lose your apapite, I would not reacmanded it for kids under 18. Not even for for teens like me who get hyper.. That me very skinny and not eat.. But now I am doing better, eat less, more active, I used to be skinny I guess from 2-10-11 years old,, I guess, I became a coach siter. I better get back on drinking water now, otherwise I will gain all that weight drinking soda, over 0 calories... I am trying to get to a healthy weight, 118 pounds, I am 5'3[2 in a half now, I grew an inch.. I been excriseing latley... I think I lost an inch of my jeans!!!! I used to eat large portions and drink a lot of soda, and sit around doing nothing, bad habit watched TV, a lot, and sat on the computer for 3 hours, bad habits... I used to eat candy a lot, that was horible, I gave up regular candy from my diet, and orange soda, and replaced it with water, vegtabels, and furit, low calorie youget sometimes, instead of wanting high colaried creals, I replaced it with Speical K crela, or oatmeal. I used to do very little activy, outside... I started to realiaze what I am doing wrong? I firgued it out, I was eating like a pig.. I disliked my life, I wanted to hide in a cornor, I was almsot 170 pouunds last summer, I cant believe how lazy I was before, I tunred it around after on 4th of July I said to myself enough enough I said to myself I need to lose weight and eat less and drink more water and less soda, I was swimming at cousin's house.. girls.. They said Jessica you need to be cornced about your health and weight, you could be obesty I was like no no no.. I needed to rethink what I was doing to my body, I decied to stop thinking natgve things... I began loseing weight, the end of July, or early August... November 2010 I got down to 154 pounds,well I binged I got to 159 I was like no way, December 2010 I got down to 150 binged again, New Yeras Day, 2011 January 1, 2011 first holiday I did not binge around March or April I weighed 162 pounds, I was like what is happening to me, I want to lose it not gain it back. It was very anoying, I started eating more salds back of the week of Mother's Day shopping... Hey teens and preteens. Make sure the salds do not have other stuff added that is unhelahty.. Any ideas I can get my arms strong? I mean I been trying to get my arms, strong, I srank a little bit, I was told I mostly likely lost 10 pounds from this past fall, 155 pounds, I hope to be 142 pounds , by my brithday.

Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 280 lb - My name's Kelley. I've always been big, but at 16, I am the biggest I have EVER been at 320 pounds and a size 24 pants. I've been trying since I was 5 to lose weight. At one point I was below 180, and was still getting told that it wasn't good enough, that I wasn't good enough. Now I wish I would have never listened to people. It's hard for me to look in the mirror now. I hate myself. I hate that I have to cut down all the time, and I can't eat in public without feeling ashamed.. I'm graduating in a year, and for my graduation I want to be at least down to a size 20.

I dont eat much junk food, I am not that kind of person who likes junk food, to be honest I usually try to avoid 600 calories or higher... I drink water usually, if my friends having junk food, I say no thanks, I know it is deliours I will pass.. That has worked, I eat sugar free candy.. Junk food should be once in a while all of overweight familes should go on a healthy diet.. Learn to cook healthy food. And the kids, teens, would lose weight by excrisieng more often.. Not watching TV 3 hours a day, cut to 15 mintures.

I mean I have to eat to live, but not to much that I gain the weight back, I have srank a size down in Juniours now Im a L, instead of xxl... nope I only have two sizes to go to be in Juniours s!!!! That would be awsome and would be easier to find clothes in the Juniours, I wear kids plus, that is the only sizes I can wear, because of my bulit in body, I want to 118 pounds by August!!!! that is my goal right, now!! I know that is pretty crazy.. I only get grilled chicken I take the skin off and give it to my dog or throw away in the trash... What I mean is I eat less, I dont eat large portions of food anymore, I only eat small portions. I dont drink much soda, I drink soda If I get a really bad minegrain... I drink more water now, Orange juice, Strawberries.. I eat furit, not too much junk.. We need to only take small portions. Not large ones.. I hope to have helped. Jessica 15

Ht. 5'5", Start: 174 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - I've lost about 21 pounds, and it isn't easy. You really have to be committed to exercising and calorie restricting. Honestly, if you cut out most sweets and all forms of soda, you'll lose weight. I still have 30 pounds to go, but I'm on my way(:

And jumped on the mat and bounced on the ball and rolled on it.. I was in the excriseing room for an hour!! and went swimming!!! in the pool... I know teens.. Treadmills cost so much money.. Unless somebody you know is getting rid of for free... They cost $500.to $1759 that is a lot of money, and a lot of us dont have a lot of money.. I have given up on treadmills.. It was instering I pressed the buttions!!! I was slow at first and then fast and then went faster!! I was sweating I mean it was such a great workout!!! I am still loseing weight!! I amlost pig out.. But did not I had 1408 calories that is the calories I need to lose weight!! I cant wiat when there is a day I reached my weight goal 118 pounds!!! I mean if you do get a large portion eat half of it and take of it for the next day.. I mean we need to be carefull with calories... I know what it was like to have to much calories I stoped that back 2 weeks after Winter started since this past Winter I been waacthing what I order while eating out... Ht. 5'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 219 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 210 lb - heyy its update time ! lol , well my scale has been playing with my mind i got on it today and it said 217 but then i got off and got back on it and it said 219 again =/ and i refuse to get on it again ! lol atleast for this week c(= , and im gaining muscles cause i and everybody else can see that im smaller but the scale doesnt wanna agree ! lol but i got to the point where im not rushing it no more imma just take my time , it took me almost a year to lose this much soo by nextyear i should be good :)))
