REACH FOR YOUR CELL If you want to hang out with friends and you call them walk around a little while your on the phone with them. I pace naturally while talking on the phone. It helps with the exercising 6. EAT A BIG, BALANCED BREAKFAST An a.m. meal made up mostly of carbs and protein with some fat keeps blood-sugar levels steady and hunger pangs away so you're not susceptible to pigging out come lunch, studies show. Opt for something satisfying for your stomach and taste buds — like egg whites and turkey bacon with whole-wheat toast. 7. HAVE FRUIT TWICE A DAY Fruit has no fat and is mostly water, so it'll fill you up while leaving less room on your plate (and in your stomach) for high-cal fare. Don't freak about fruit's carb count — we're talking the good kind of carbohydrates that contain lots of healthy fiber. 8. STAY ASLEEP LONGER Getting to bed just 30 minutes earlier and waking up 30 minutes later than you normally do can help you make better food choices, because your well rested. Also, when you're well-rested, you're less prone to snacking out of fatigue or stress. 9. VISUALIZE YOURSELF THIN When you feel your willpower breaking, conjure up a mental picture of yourself when you look and feel slim. The visual motivation keeps you focused on your goal weight. Ht. 5'7", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hey I weight 170 pounds. It stinks, I hate it and I really want to lose 30 pounds I just don't know how. My weight has always been up and down my whole life. 3 months ago I weighed 172 lbs and it scared me because that was the highest I had ever been. So I started eating healthy and excersising and i actually lost 20 pounds then I got sick for a week and I slacked off and after that it was eat everything. Now I am back to where I was before I don't know how to stop.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 110 lb - So I'm sick :( It sucks because I wanted to go to the store to buy my new bike inner-tube so I could ride today but instead I'm laying on the couch with a sore throat, blowing my nose :( Other then that I'm doing okay :) My goals this month (MAY): Lose 8.5lbs (142lbs) Put away $150 for new clothing for school Get all A's on my homeschool work (Been getting B's :() Get my mom to buy a blender (I love smoothies) Hang out with my best friend more often (We live 30 minutes away from each other) Volunteer at the local foodbank twice a week and the dog rescue once a week Drink 10 cups of water a day I've still got more goals but I'm really tired :). Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys, i would say im back on track. yesterday i walked 2 1/4 miles! woo! if i do that everyday for a month thats 60 miles!(15 miles ls a week) i need to lose as much weight as i can before may 21! were having this stock market party, and michael is hopefully going to be there! =) wish me luck...<3 byee! ::D i miss him...<3

(twins will understand) I've grown up with him, I talk to him every night before bed, we know each other so well, he's my best friend. I know we can!! friends genrly support each other!! I am not gvinging up reaching my goal!! what I do is look up clothing sometimes, when you lose like 3-5 small lip gloss, 10-15 pounds, jonural, 20-25 hair accesories, 30-35 pounds, new music, alumbs, 40 pounds new clothes, I want to make your weightloss fun,, not dreadful, I want to make mysefl wieghtloss fun with rewards!! once I reach 120 pounds, guess what new clothing!! trust me, Justine it is anoying me ,, stuggleing,, ,, It is nearly six years I been overwieght, I have wasted my second half of my life, being lazy,, sitting and eating, I was like enough,, is enough, nothing having soda once in a while,, sometimes I draw, or write my story growing up with autism,, ,, I am not kidding Justine,, next July 2013, I will be consdered a woman,... Ht. 5'3", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 144 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - Yay! So, i've official lost 4.5lbs! I have been cutting down my portions mega time, and excerzing much more. Wow, who knew with a little strict discipline and dedication, results good be so fast! Plus, it doesn't hurt that this guy likes me and I want to look my best for him(; Ahhhhh! I have a countdown in my room, and it's great to have crossed out to weight goals, now looking foward to seeing 143, 142!

I usually go to work around 4:30 PM and I try to eat dinner before I go so I'm not tempted to eat there...however it's hard because by the time I get off work I'm hungry again and I eat something from there...any suggestions to help me stop?

I am long distances runner, I am not sprinter,, you have to be very fast,, for that,, I am trying to get out of my shell... It takes a lot of time and effort to have the abilty to run 400 meters, I am trying to get my fat tunred into muscles!! one day I wil be at my goal!! I hope to be 140's by June! !!! I can't wait!
