Ht. 5'7, Wt. 149 - Ok i was wondering.... i just got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled 3 days ago and i've already lost 5 pounds. I'm not sure if thats water weight or what but i've lost it anyway. I'm finding it hard to eat, like all i've been eating is jello, frozen yogurt and pudding, will my weight suddenly shift up when i start eating back to normal again??

Ht. 5'9, Wt. goal:170 - So I started my diet this past Thursday. I have worked out every day except for today. I thought I should take a day off, my legs were hurting. I weighed myself yesterday and saw that I have lost 5 pounds!! I know that it is water weight, but who cares?!? It is still 5 pounds. I really hope this continues, and anyone who wants to be a weight loss buddy or whatever with me, reply and tell me. I'll give you my email address. Preferably someone who is around my age

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 178 G-160 - I am just 18 pounds away from my goal. Any one have any tips for how to lose it and fast ( but not to fast I do not want to hurt myself )and not gain it all back? after I reach 160 my new goal will be 150 and so on till I reach 135. And as you can see I am setting my goal just to lose 10 pounds at a time so I am not stressed out about how much weight I have to lose, if I told my self I have to go from 178 to 135 I would be to stressed out and never make it. Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Brekafast: lowfat muffin, water/snack: fat free yogurt, 1 oz almonds, 2 squares dark choclate/exercise: 35 min of soccer!/lunch: tomato and motzarella salad, bread, 1/2 cup pasta mixed with 1/2 cup of brocclirabe ( a veggie that kind a looks like a cross between spinach and broccoli.)Yummy! SO, how am i doing? AND TERESA, I'M SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN ON HERE!! HOW ARE YOU DOING???

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Eh..I think I did OK today, the only bad thing I ate was the toasted peanut butter crackers. Breakfast: Peaches & cream oatmeal - 260 cal. Lunch: Bluberries & cream oatmeal and non fat yogurt (i love oatmeal lol) - 340 cal. Dinner - Subway: 6 inch, wheat bread, turkey, american cheese (I know I should get NO cheese), honey mustard, lettuce, cucumbers, & pickles - 450 cal. Snacks: 1 apple - 70 cal. (I know I should have had more veggies & fruits, but I was at the beach for along time, and I didn't bring any food.) Also I have toasted peanut butter crackers - 200 calories I had 20 oz. of water & counting today. not alot =/ calorie intake 1320? I hope that's ok. And for exercise, I swam for about 15 min. (woo-hoo no big deal), biked for 30 minutes, and walked approximatly 4 miles. Don't no how fast but I passed alot of people that were "exercise" walking. I'm pretty proud of today. yay. Tomorrow is my 14th birthday :] Goodluck everyone

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 143 - hello everybody! does anybody here feel embarrassed when they go outside and exercize? i do. i always feel like someone from school is gonna stop me and ask me why i'm outside running.. it really holds me back. are any of you people kind of embarassed to go outside and exercize? any tips to overcome this or should i just ignore it?

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - uhhh this is driving me crazy ive only lost 6 pounds and its been 4 weeks but one week i had an operation so i cud not exc. so i am just starting up again as of friday...im getting so frustrated b/c i ate soo bad today but i will get down to 130 if its the last thing...i just feel even bigger than before

Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 188 - Every summer I say I'm gonna loss weight. Well last summer I went from 181-171 and during the school year as soon as fall sports were over I gained it all back and 7 more lbs. I haven't been eating to bad or so well either. Yesterday was bad thought. At 9am i had a doughnut and then I was at a car wash all day till 2:30 (i left early and got yelled at) and then my best friend and I ate brownie batter and both of us are trying to loss weight then I had Mac and Cheese, a brownie, 2 hot dogs, chips and i had water all day though. That was the only good thing in my day. Today i will try to do better. Anyone have AIM Im me @ XOKimiXO123

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - So yeah I feel like a lazy slob. We've been having record heat here, and guess what? We don't have air conditioning! Normally I would cook some healthy, organic foods and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, but not with this weather. Today is day 4 of slobby me. I havent been eating that healthy (think sugar free ice cream and lemonade with high fructose corn syrup). My eating habits are driving me crazy. Plus when its 96 degrees when its normally 70, I have no desire to go work out. I've just been lying around and sweating. Today is the final straw though. I am attempting to get my eating back to normal, and no matter what i am going to work out today. I am going to get my swimsuit on (ew), a tanktop, boxers, and go jump on the trampoline next door that is getting hosed down.....augh the heat!!!
