Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 158 lb - okay so, i ate 1200 calories today, give or take a few... didnt exercise though. i just feel lazy and crappy because im all bloated and what not from pms. my diet sucked today, although i ate within my calories my lunch consisted mainly of choclate. my grandma bought it for me and gave it to my mom to give me. evil evil evil. lol its alright though, i needed it. i havent had chocolate in what feels like AGES. tomorrow im eating better though, and exercising so i should be good. its soo hard getting back in once you slip. i dunno why.... oh well. good luck guys

Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I was wondering why the 18+ is so dead and i came over here to see that this is where its happening, like ally said in her post! so i hope u dont mind, but i figured i would come over here to get some tips! so long story short, i started a diet a couple weeks ago and completly failed like two days later. it seems like im hungry all the time, even not too long after i eat, and it takes a lot for me to be full. so i actually lost like a pound or two cuz my diet actually lasted like 5 days, but since i stopped i put it back on and then some. i dont want to get to 200lbs., but i need to figure something out to control myself or get enough willpower/motivation because if i dont i will hit 200 by next week! ive always been bigger but my appetite is getting crazy and causing me to gain a lot! im so frustrated,what do i do?!

I know why it is cos i went out with my mate this evening as well as two other times this week! i need to have more control !!!! and willpower :/ need to up my exercise a bit as well so taking up squash again this week hopefully results will be better next week. I know I'm over the age to be posting on this board, but really, the over 18 page is absolutely dead and this one is constantly being posted/answered on so I wanted to join the party =D!! Anyway, I just wanted to say that I started my eating lifestyle change last Monday when I weighed 196. This whole week I have been making sure I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. So actually, I've been eating more than I normally used to when I tried to 'diet', but I've just made a couple of changes like, no eating after 6:30 pm and water is my only beverage. I was surprised as all get out when I got on the scale this morning and saw that I've lost EXACTLY 6 pounds. I know that's a lot to lose in a week and it's probably mostly water weight, but wow, I already feel like clothes fit a little better and I have more energy. I'll probably start exercising in the next week or so, combining that with my new eating habits. Any exercise recommendations?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 158 lb - this week has been a complete MESS!!!!! but, im NOT allowing myself to undo the hard work i put into losing these 5 pounds. i dunno if i gained or not, my periods coming in a day or two and ive shot up to 170 as a result of water weight, so i dunno whats fat and whats just water.... but... ive written out a schedule of how many calories to eat and how much exercise to do for the whole week, and if my calculations are right, i should lose 2 pounds by next monday. im going to stick to this.... im not failing again. i had my fun eating a little extra here and there, its time to smarten up before i gain the 5 pounds back. i think i can do it. im off work for the next 2 days so im going to work extra extra hard at sticking to my diet and burning some serious calories. i just hope i didnt gain!! im sooo scared... :( if i did, its probably like no more than 2 pounds maximum but i hope if i did,... Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I'm way excited for tomorrow. I've outlined each day of the week's workout schedule-I'm going to go on a walk tomorrow with my dog and my niece then I'm going to come back and do some situps, jumping jacks, and jump ropes and if i want to I might do a little bit of weights- then I promised my sister I'd go running with her tomorrow night, she's trying to lose all her baby weightt that she gained. And I know I'm ready to start eating healthier because my sis and I went to Wendy's yesterday and we only got a chicken sandwhich, fries, and a soda (which is what we always get) but this time I felt like I had eaten an elephant, and I knew I hate to much, so I know my body is ready to start eating healthier..yay! And I found out this cool thing- Divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces you should be drinking! Good luck this week everyone.!

I'm trying not to eat anything now but I didn't have supper yet and I'm debating towards whether I should eat or not. I'm going to try to count my calories from now on, eat around 1500/day and exercise a bunch. We still don't have any non-junk foods in my house though..it sucks..
