Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 80), Goal: 140 lb - Hey, not written on here in a little while although i have been reading up on everyone elses posts! For the past couple weeks i have been maintaining 160lbs which is surprising considering my eating has been a bit all over the place. I just wish i could break into the 150's, then i can focus on getting into the 140's which would take me to my goal weight. If i maintain 160 over the holiday period then i have 6 months to get serious about losing weight for my holiday in June!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - So i lost another 2 pounds, in like a week and a half. i guess that's okay, i'd like to lose more though. I know i can, because i wasn't working my butt off. So new diet plan i have, again haha this is the third. over 30 minutes of excersise 5 nights a week, or more if i could, and went back to 7-8 big glasses of water a day. and no eating after supper of course, unless i'm starving, then i'll have some veggies or fruit. I'm adding a lot of diearetics in my diet too, like lemon juice and celery, and more lettuce. i don't eat too much veggies, i get sick of them fast. Anyone have any advice on how to make veggies more appealing? hahaha

Ht. 5'5", Start: 210 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 175 lb - Heyy, my birthday is coming up on January 8th :)) and i wanna try to be at my goal weight of 175, so thats like 8 pounds i gotta lose. So does any one have any tips :)) right now I run in place everynight in my room for like 20 min striaght then jumping jacks and that kinda stuff, go walking/running with my friends and brother but i guess my big problem is eatting healthy... since i work in a grocery store its alot less of a problem just to grab a candy bar some chips and a soda, so im not really sure what to get in there that is good for me and cheap! any ideas?!? So for me, i'm getting rid of the acne' and i still have braces, but i love my glasses. so, now its time to get rid of the weight for real[: I'm getting my license soon, and i would love to be able to put 20 pounds less than whats on my permit, i know "silly" but i really would.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 140 lb - hey i was wondering if i could have a little help..... i've weighed within the 160-170ish range for a very very long time. like years... i'm a very active person, i dance 4 days a week, 2-3 hours a night. and i do an excercise video at home when i have time. from doing some rough estimations, i think i eat around 1500 calories a day, and i try to eat pretty healthy... finals week is kinda gettin to me but i'll survive :) do you guys have any tips on why its been impossible for me to lose any weight? i cut back on calories and am dancing more than ever, but my weight hasn't changed at all... and i have no clue what i am doing wrong

OMG I COULDN"T BE HAPPIER! it's just soo motivational to think wow i really can do this. Just wow. Thanks everyone you reviewed my last post. It helped knowing someone took 3 mins. out of their day to talk to me. =]]]]! TTTRRRIIICCKKK: okay so i lost 2 pounds this week. Here's what i did, I worked out EVERYNIGHT! for 30-1hr and i ate everything i usually do, but i usually eat around 1,000-1,500 calories everyday. My doctor says thank i weigh so much from genetics not from overeating. So i am kinda on a diet everyday but it's regular for me. And think 1,000-1,500 is a lot of food. But in a healthy intake. So just workout everyday 30 min-1 hr and eat between 1,000-1,500 calories and please tell me how it worked for you. To do better eat more healtier foods- you'll probably lose more!
